Smalberger Oncology is a clinical oncology practice based in Kimberley. Dr Theo Smalberger started his practice in 2008 and has been situated at the state-of-the-art Lenmed Royal Hospital and Heart Centre, the only hospital in the Northern Cape equipped with a radiation unit, since 2017.
Smalberger Oncology offers the following services:

- Administration of chemotherapy in Kimberley and Upington
- Radiation therapy at Lenmed Royal Hospital and Heart Centre in Kimberley
In addition to our patients in Kimberley and Upington, Dr Smalberger also consults patients from surrounding areas widely spread throughout the Northern Cape as well as Southern Namibia.
